A practical checklist for reviewing product information before it reaches your customers.
Start with the product, not the keywords
Keep a trusted source for dimensions, materials, variants and included accessories. Compare the listing against that source. A persuasive description cannot compensate for the wrong size or an inaccurate compatibility claim.
Make the purchase decision easier
Read the title, images and key details together. Can a customer understand what is included, which variant they are buying and how the product is used? Remove contradictions between images and copy. Keep claims specific and supported by evidence.
Separate corrections from experiments
Fix inaccurate information first. Record proposed improvements separately, assign an owner and keep the previous version. Make changes in manageable groups so your team can understand what changed.
Close the loop
After publishing, check the live product page. Confirm images, variants and formatting. Review customer questions and returns for recurring gaps, then bring those observations into the next review. Use the free checklist to prepare your next release.
