4. GENERAL PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not use, attempt to use, or permit others to use the Services to:

violate any applicable law or regulation; violate a court order or legally binding governmental requirement; engage in fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or identity theft; facilitate money laundering or other unlawful financial activity; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or proprietary rights; impersonate an individual, company, brand, public authority, or Saees representative; submit materially false or misleading information; conceal the true ownership or control of an Account; interfere with an investigation, audit, or compliance review; facilitate unlawful discrimination; harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or abuse another person; promote or facilitate unlawful commercial activity; create or distribute malicious software; interfere with the operation of the Services or a third-party service; gain unauthorized access to systems, Accounts, networks, or information; circumvent security, authentication, billing, or usage controls; conceal conduct that violates this Policy; assist another person in performing prohibited conduct.

5. MARKETPLACE AND COMMERCE PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

Users are responsible for complying with all terms, policies, standards, agreements, and technical requirements imposed by each connected Commerce Platform.

Saees does not authorize any conduct merely because a feature, integration, or technical capability makes the conduct possible.

6. PRODUCT AND LISTING REQUIREMENTS

Users must ensure that all products and listings managed through the Services are lawful, accurate, authentic, safe, and permitted by the applicable Commerce Platform.

Users may not use the Services to create, manage, promote, or distribute listings that:

Such documentation may include:

commercial invoices; purchase records; payment records; supplier information; authorization letters; distribution agreements; shipping records; product photographs; applicable licenses or certifications.

Saees may request supporting information when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, but Saees does not independently certify product authenticity or marketplace eligibility.

8. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

Saees may restrict or disable features relating to particular product categories where necessary for legal, security, contractual, or marketplace-compliance reasons.

The availability of a category, data field, or workflow within the Services does not mean that the User is legally or contractually permitted to sell the relevant product.

9. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ACCEPTABLE USE

Users may not use AI features to:

A User may not represent that an AI output was verified or approved by Saees unless Saees expressly provides that approval in writing.

11. AI AGENTS AND AUTONOMOUS ACTIONS

AI Agents may execute actions based on permissions, configurations, data, and instructions established by the User.

Users must:

grant only the minimum permissions reasonably necessary; review the Agent’s purpose and scope; test workflows before full deployment; establish reasonable approval thresholds; supervise material or high-impact actions; review Agent activity logs; disable or modify Agents that behave unexpectedly; maintain appropriate human oversight; ensure that Agent actions comply with third-party policies.
