Copyright and DMCA Policy

1. PURPOSE

Saees respects intellectual-property rights and expects Users to upload, publish, and process only content they are authorized to use.

2. USER CONTENT

Customers remain responsible for the legality of product images, listing text, trademarks, documents, media, and other materials submitted to the Services. Customers must maintain the rights and permissions needed for Saees to process that content to provide the Services.

3. COPYRIGHT NOTICE

A rights holder or authorized agent may submit a copyright notice to legal@saees.ai with identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and an electronic or physical signature.

4. COUNTER-NOTICE

Where applicable law permits, a User may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, its location, contact information, a good-faith statement, consent to applicable jurisdiction, and an electronic or physical signature.

5. PROCESSING

Saees may remove or restrict access to material when legally required or reasonably necessary. Saees may request additional information, notify the affected User, preserve records, and refer disputes to the relevant marketplace or rights holder.

6. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT

Saees may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates the Terms of Use.
