1. SCOPE
These API Terms apply to access and use of Saees APIs, SDKs, webhooks, developer credentials, and API documentation.
2. AUTHORIZATION
Customers may access the APIs only through credentials issued to their Organization and only for the authorized purpose. Credentials are confidential and may not be shared, embedded in public client applications, or committed to repositories.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers must follow documentation, applicable rate limits, marketplace requirements, the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, and security instructions. Customers must not bypass controls, scrape undocumented endpoints, probe other Organizations, or use the APIs to create unreasonable load.
4. CUSTOMER APPLICATIONS
Customers are responsible for their code, retries, timeouts, backoff, idempotency, logging, error handling, data protection, and user notices. Customers must promptly rotate compromised credentials and notify security@saees.ai.
5. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
Saees may version, modify, rate-limit, suspend, or retire APIs to improve security, comply with law, address provider changes, or maintain reliability. Deprecation notices will be provided where commercially reasonable.
6. MARKETPLACE APIs
Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other third-party APIs are controlled by their respective providers. Saees does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party API availability or permission to access a particular marketplace resource.
7. DATA
API data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and DPA where applicable. Customers must not send unnecessary sensitive information or secrets in API requests, logs, issue reports, or webhook payloads.
