Subprocessor List

1. PURPOSE

This page identifies categories of third-party Subprocessors that may process Customer Data or Personal Data to help Saees provide, secure, monitor, and support the Services.

2. CURRENT CATEGORIES

Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers: computing, storage, networking, databases, backups, and deployment.

Authentication providers: sign-in, identity verification, session management, and account security.

Email and communications providers: transactional email, notices, support communications, and delivery monitoring.

Observability and security providers: logs, metrics, error monitoring, alerting, vulnerability management, and security operations.

AI model and infrastructure providers: model inference, embeddings, evaluation, safety controls, and AI capacity where enabled by the Customer or required to deliver an AI feature.

Payments and billing providers: subscription billing, payment processing, tax calculation, and fraud prevention where applicable.

3. SAFEGUARDS

Saees evaluates providers according to the services performed, data involved, security posture, availability, contractual protections, and applicable Data Protection Laws. Saees remains responsible for Subprocessor performance to the extent required by the DPA and applicable law.

4. CHANGES

Subprocessors may change as the Services evolve. Where required by the DPA, Saees will provide notice or an opportunity to object. Customers may contact privacy@saees.ai with questions about a proposed change.

5. INFORMATION REQUESTS

Enterprise Customers may request provider-specific information through a confidential due-diligence process. Information may be limited where disclosure would expose security-sensitive details, another Customer's information, privilege, or third-party restrictions.
