1. SAEES MARKS
Saees, Saees AI, and related logos are trademarks or service marks of Saees LLC or its licensors. These guidelines apply to Customers, partners, media, and other third parties referring to Saees.
2. PERMITTED REFERENCES
Third parties may use the plain-text name Saees to accurately identify the Services, provided the reference is truthful, not misleading, and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership without written permission.
3. LOGO USE
Logo use requires written permission unless a current partner agreement expressly permits it. Approved logos must be used exactly as provided, without distortion, recoloring, animation, or modification.
4. PROHIBITED USE
Do not register confusingly similar names, domains, social handles, or applications; combine Saees marks with another brand to create a new mark; use marks in unlawful or misleading content; or imply that Saees endorses a product or claim.
5. MARKETPLACE MARKS
Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Saees references to marketplace platforms do not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond an authorized integration.
